Vanilla Pumpkin Oats

Recipe from Ashley Smith

1/3 cup egg whites
1/3 cup oats
1/2 scoup vanilla protein powder
1/2 cup pumpkin purée
1/4 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1/8 tsp ginger
1/8 tsp nutmeg
Stevia if desired
And a splash of vanilla

Fruit to top it off 🙂

Grind all dry ingredients to powder like then set aside. Blend the egg whites till frothy and add pumpkin and blend together. Add dry ingredient and blend again. Pour ingredients into heated pan and cook just like pancakes. Sooo delish!!!
