Before I started my training with Bree I ran a few times a week but battled injures that would often keep me sidelined. I was a healthy weight but lacked muscle and would describe myself as skinny fat. It was frustrating for me, dieting and exercising without the results I wanted. Bree replaced the steady distance runs I was doing with weight training, HIIT workouts and sprint training. Very quickly, I started seeing my body fat lower and some real muscle definition appear, my whole body shape changed. Also, those calf injuries I suffered from before were non existent. Tracking my macros to compliment training days during my second phase has further leaned me out and dropped more fat while my strength continues to increase. I’ve learned a ton during this process and my results have exceeded my expectations.
