The BEST Protein Pancakes you will ever have!
Ingredients:
1/3 cup oat flour
1/4 cup eggwhites
1/4 cup fat free cottage cheese
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp unsweetened apple sauce
1 egg
1 tsp baking powder
OPTIONAL: 1 tbsp of dark chocolate chips (add while pan frying)
Directions:
Blend all ingredients in a blender, pan fry like a pancake.
