I have been training with Bree for just over two years . I feel so blessed to have her as my coach .
In the two years we have been training , life has thrown me many curve balls . I used the goals we set as motivation to keep my self going and in a good place both mentally and physically.
She has taught me balance and that it not about dieting and hours and hours of cardio, but making it a life style, having balance and enjoying life .
