Quinoa Granola


1 cup of rolled oats
1 cup of buckwheat
1/3 cup quinoa
2 tbsp chia seeds
3/4 cup chopped raw almonds
1/4 cup raw pumpkin seeds
1/4 cup raw raw sunflower seeds
1/4 chopped raw walnuts
1/4 cup shredded coconut
2 tsp cinnamon
1/3 cup dried cranberries
1/3 cup raisins
1/2 cup maple syrup
1/2 cup melted coconut oil


In a large mixing bowl combine dry ingredients
Chop nuts and add to the bowl along with seeds and coconut
Mix well
Add liquids (maple syrup and melted coconut oil)
Mix well
Spread into sheet with parchment paper
Bake for 60 mins at 225 degrees F

Let cool and enjoy….
