Pumpkin Spice Baked Oatmeal

In a large bowl mix:

1/2 cup large uncooked large flaked oatmeal
1 scoop vanilla isolate protein powder
1 egg
1 tbsp vanilla extract
1 Tsp nutmeg
1 Tsp pumpkin spice
Splash of cashew milk

Bake at 350 for 20 mins

In a separate bowl, combine 1 tbsp coconut oil, 1 tbsp vanilla protein powder, and a dash of pumpkin spice and nutmeg, mix together to make a paste. Coat top of baked oatmeal with paste!!
