I began working with Bree 6 months ago and I knew it was going to be a challenge. As a mom who has two young, busy boys (2&4), works full time, and whose husband is gone a lot for work, time was going to be tight in which I could devote to my fitness. Budget was also a big concern for me, but finally after realizing that my solo efforts were going unrewarded, I decided to sign up with Bree after meeting with her once. Bree totally understood the difficulties I faced with juggling so many balls in my life and was able to create a program that I could start slowly with in order to develop a routine that worked for me. The first month was the hardest part, as it takes a whole new level of understanding in regards to the food I was eating. Bree did not put me on a diet, she merely educated me on the choices I was making and steered me towards a new, and healthier, direction. The most rewarding thing for me is the way I feel about myself. I feel fit and I feel like I am able to be a better mom and wife to the people who matter most in my life. I am in my mid-30s, have gone through two pregnancies, and I have never looked or felt this good in my life. I feel fortunate that I decided to invest in myself and sign on with Bree, as I truly don’t think I would have gotten there on my own. Six months later, I feel like I have the skills and knowledge to venture further on my own, but I have peace of mind knowing that I can always reconnect. Bree is warm, kind, caring, and 100% there for you through every step of your training. I highly encourage anyone who is thinking about signing on with Bree to make that initial contact and just listen to what she has to say. It will not be time wasted.
