I am a client of Bree’s for just over a year now. In the past I have trained with other trainers both online and one on one in the gym, but after talking to Bree I knew that she we would be the person to help me reach my goals. Bree is super passionate about helping her clients and her self commitment to health and fitness is obvious.

Last year (2015) I chatted with Bree about competing and she was very supportive about my decision. I thought about it for a while and in February I decided to finally take the plunge. Bree knows how hard I can be on myself with many UPS and on most days DOWNS. Honestly there were SO MANY days when I wanted to give up, but Bree`s encouragement pushed me through and always got me back on track. She never doubted me, and supported me from day one. It took under 3 months of intense training and strict dieting, and a lot of the time I questioned whether or not I would be able to achieve the conditioning required for a bikini fitness competition. No matter how many times I texted or emailed Bree she was always there with a motivating and positive response.

To make a long story short I finally competed in the bikini category in the NPAA, and placed 5th in open and 2nd in masters.  I had never felt so good about myself and proud of my accomplishments.  Without Bree’s support I would never have made it to the day!!!!

She is without a doubt an amazing trainer…. and now a great friend!

I very much enjoyed the journey i have experienced with Bree Hunter Fitness. My original goal was to take my fitness to a higher level. We always had a competition in mind however I looked at “real competitors” and never really believed that I too could achieve it. With Bree’s careful diet planning and kick ass training….wow. Not only did I enter the Winter Classic but I placed third. For my first show ever this is more then I could ask for. Now, qualified for Nationals I couldn’t go anywhere else for guidance. I first thought about doing a fitness photoshoot with my fiancé, 6 months ago. It seemed like a scary and intimidating goal, but I wanted to challenge myself. I knew I’d be in good hands with Bree Hunter. 6 weeks prior to the scheduled shoot, Bree adjusted my workouts, added more cardio, and tightened up my nutrition plan. I was a little worried that I might be really hungry, but that was not the case! Bree had me eating lots of fibrous veggies which helped me stay full everyday. Meal prepping was a life saver for me, especially when resisting the urge to give into cheat meals. There were days when the workouts were tough and a lot of swearing took place! I loved how much Bree challenged me. She knew I could handle it. As the weeks went by, my body was changing fast and I was getting more and more toned. My favorite part of the prep was when Bree talked to me over the phone to help with choosing outfits, suggestions on posing, and reminded me to relax and have fun with it! My fiancé and I had a few hiccups with our venue on the week we were scheduled to shoot. We had frantically phoned gyms around the city with no luck. I debriefed with Bree about it, and she immediately contacted a friend in Calgary who just opened up a new gym. We had a confirmed venue within 20 minutes of talking to her.

On the day of the shoot, I felt: empowered; strong; and proud. I had achieved my goal! Now, I can’t wait for future photoshoots. This definitely won’t be the last! A big thanks to Bree, I couldn’t have done this without you.

I have worked with Bree for nearly 7 years now and she has been so helpful in keep me balanced. When I found her I was burnt out on strict meal plans , tons of fasted cardio , 5 day a week workouts , way too little carbs and fats and way too much protein from previous trainers. I wanted flexibility , more balance , less workouts , less counting every vegetable but still wanted to stay lean , be able to challenge my metabolism and Increase food intake and flexible workouts. Someone that worked with me and my lifestyle and needs and not make me fits into a strict patterns that eventually led to imbalance and burnout. Absolutely amazing workouts!! I started the 30 day challenge and am now on my 7th month!!! Its so fabulous, the workouts are always changing and challenging me!! I love to work out and this is definitely my new favorite!! The workouts are around 30 minutes each yet you get double the workout you would get at the gym and you get to do it from home!! The recipes are delicious with tones of choices and they make enough for the whole family!! I would recommend the 30 day challenge to everyone!!! Its so great!! Thanks Bree!!!

It is crazy to believe that in two short weeks of working with Bree, I have gone from a person who did not have a dialed in routine with working out, eating consistently/mindfully, and with anxiety of working out around other people that was always holding me back & creating excuses. The confidence Bree has inspired in me comes from having someone completely down to earth, someone relatable, passionate, and truly nurturing in her approach to build strong and confident clients. The workouts are effective, the food and body stat tracking keeps you accountable but more importantly Bree truly cares. This is the second time I've worked with Bree, the first was a few years ago when I was pregnant and through the post-partum period. It was a given that I'd hire her again when I got pregnant again nearly a year ago. She creates a totally individualized diet and exercise plan, makes adjustments as needed based on frequent evaluations, and is often available in real time by chat to discuss questions or issues that come up. For all this, the cost is surprisingly reasonable. I highly recommend!
