Apple Pie Overnight Oats

In a bowl mix:

1/2 cup oats,1 cup almond milk, dash of cinnamon (place in fridge overnight) in the morning add a scoop of protein and apple topping (Apple topping use 1/2 – 1 Apple,  stevia to desired sweetness, 1 tsp xanthan gum, 1 tsp cinnamon, pinch of nutmeg, 1/4 cup water. Cook over medium heat until the apples are soft and the sauce has thickened.)
