Protein Popsicles

Try this delicious treat on a hot day, protein popsicles.

In a blender combine 3 scoops of your favourite protein powder with 2 cups of either water or almond milk.

Mix and pour into 4 Popsicle moulders.

Freeze and enjoy.

A great way to get your protein macros for the day.
