At the beginning of 2018, I was completely lost. Overworked, stressed, and fuelling my body with fast, easy foods that were terrible for my health. I had always enjoyed lifting weights, and would often make my own workout plans, follow them for a short time, and lose interest when I wasn’t seeing the results I desired. I reached a breaking point when I dropped to 114 pounds (which is very underweight for my 5″6 frame) and felt frail, and weak. I was tired of feeling so thin and fragile. I wanted a goal that went a step above general health and fitness, so I decided to compete in a bodybuilding competition the following year. I knew I had the drive and ambition to reach that goal, and I needed a coach that could give me the tools to take me there. I found Bree on Instagram, and not too shortly after we had a lengthy phone conversation discussing my goals and coming up with a game plan. We got started not too shortly after, and worked hard to put as much muscle on as possible before decreasing body fat for the competition. After following a dedicated lifting/diet program with Bree for only 6 months, I placed third in my competition and became a nationally qualified bikini competitor. Bree was there for me every single day with any questions I had, and was a constant source of motivation and support for those tough days during prep. It is absolutely vital to have a coach like Bree that will support you post competition with a structured reverse diet if you want to ensure longevity in the sport of Bodybuilding without ruining your metabolism.

I can’t begin to explain how much I have learned from Bree over the year that I have been working with her. From nutrition to training, my outlook on health and fitness has completely transformed for the rest of my life. The most important part is that my nutrition and work out plans are completely individualized to my specific body and goals, not a generic cookie-cutter plan like most coaches provide. Bree is not only knowledgeable, but she practices what she preaches by remaining in incredible shape while having a busy life and raising a family, which is why I look up to her and I am so proud to call her my coach.

I have worked with Bree for nearly 7 years now and she has been so helpful in keep me balanced. When I found her I was burnt out on strict meal plans , tons of fasted cardio , 5 day a week workouts , way too little carbs and fats and way too much protein from previous trainers. I wanted flexibility , more balance , less workouts , less counting every vegetable but still wanted to stay lean , be able to challenge my metabolism and Increase food intake and flexible workouts. Absolutely amazing workouts!! I started the 30 day challenge and am now on my 7th month!!! Its so fabulous, the workouts are always changing and challenging me!! I love to work out and this is definitely my new favorite!! The workouts are around 30 minutes each yet you get double the workout you would get at the gym and you get to do it from home!! The recipes are delicious with tones of choices and they make enough for the whole family!! I would recommend the 30 day challenge to everyone!!! Its so great!! Thanks Bree!!!

It is crazy to believe that in two short weeks of working with Bree, I have gone from a person who did not have a dialed in routine with working out, eating consistently/mindfully, and with anxiety of working out around other people that was always holding me back & creating excuses. This is the second time I've worked with Bree, the first was a few years ago when I was pregnant and through the post-partum period. It was a given that I'd hire her again when I got pregnant again nearly a year ago. She creates a totally individualized diet and exercise plan, makes adjustments as needed based on frequent evaluations, and is often available in real time by chat to discuss questions or issues that come up. For all this, the cost is surprisingly reasonable. I highly recommend!
