No Bake Peanut Butter Protein Cookies

Snack Recipe! These are my go to snack to curb my sugar cravings.

Peanut Butter Protein Cookies! (No-bake)

(makes approx. 40 cookies)

1 cup honey

2 cups oatmeal

3 cups peanut butter

4 scoops whey protein

1. Mix ingredients together.

2. scoop out little balls of the ‘dough’ (the size will determine your macros)

3. Press balls with a fork

4. Freeze for 30 minutes – 1 hour

5. Keep stored in the freezer

Macros per cookie: 61 Calories, 7g protein, 14.5g carbs, 10g Fat.
