2 cups peanut butter
1.5 cups honey
1.5 cups oatmeal
1/2 cup raw cacao
1/4 cup chia seeds
1.5 cup chopped walnuts
2 cups carob chips (vegan chocolate)
1 cup shredded coconut
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl, roll into balls, then roll in coconut. Put in freezer for 1.5 hours and enjoy.
