Michelle`s Zucchini Waffle Cakes

Use any protein powder of your choice, I personally like Devotion angel food cake protein. If you use something else try a neutral vanilla flavour and add 1 tsp of baking powder. Whey or casein blends of 80%-20% work well and I also like Intek Caramel Latte with stevia.

Ingredients:

1 scoop protein powder
1/4 cup egg whites
2-4 tablespoons of oats (or omit for lower carb option )
Grate a half of a zucchini ( I like a lot of veggies or just add 3 tablespoons of grated zucchini )
Add cinnamon

Directions:

Spray the hot waffle iron with coconut oil spray or pam
Cook per appropriate temp on waffle iron, the one I use has a light that indicates it is done, however I check it often.
Drizzle with raw honey or sugar free syrup and add 1/2 cup of sliced strawberries and fresh whip
