As a busy professional in the Corporate world and a mom of three under the age of 6, finding time to workout was simply no excuse for me. Prior to the kids I was an active person working-out three times a week and eating whatever I wanted (in my 20’s). and my body was resilient (Oh how I miss my 20’s)!!
After giving birth to my twins life got hectic with routine, lack of sleep and finding time for myself. Then I found out I was expecting baby #3. After my daughter I was determined to get my body back to pre-pregnancy shape. With my own efforts (boot camp, walking for cardio, minimal nutrition consideration) I was able to see results but it just wasn’t enough for me.
That’s when I enlisted in Bree’s program. Prior to Bree I had researched many diet programs, detox programs and even Slim Canada (which was a joke), to help tighten the tummy area. What I enjoy so much about Bree is that she is a professional  certified trainer and nutritionist. This simply gives Bree the edge to offering her clients a balanced program (nutrition and workout programs).
I joined Bree in May 2016 and immediately learned that nutrition is just as important as working out. Bree took the time to connect with me to explain her program in detail and answer all of my questions. She is always available and open to hearing your progress to tweak your program as needed. Her knowledge in the industry makes it so easy to understand macro nutrients and how to incorporate them into your daily meal plan. I started to see immediate results after joining but continued to be concerned with bloating. Bree connected with me and recommended a carb cycling plan. Well, this just did the trick. In a week, I saw immediate results with less bloating! This coupled with the variety in her workout plans that challenge you (but you can pace yourself) has made my journey remarkable.
