Here is a little secret I have for you to help you be successful in reaching your fitness goals. Make your meals taste great so you enjoy them. This little creation is what I eat before bed almost every night. Yes you heard that right, it’s fine to eat before bed.

Here is the recipe:

  • 3/4 cup egg whites
  • 1 tbsp coconut flour
  • 1/2 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 pinch of Xanthum gum
  • Dash of stevia

Mix in a blender to desired consistency. If your batter is to thick, add a little extra egg white. Top with a tsp of nut butter, and stevia based maple syrup (recipe can be found on my website)

Total macros for 3 large cakes:

250 calories/35g protein/8gcarbs/9gfat
