Jenny Markle`s Transformation

First I have to say it took a lot of courage to post my ‘before’ photos- I have always been an active fit person but in May 2014 I was bucked off my horse and fractured my femur, dislocated my knee, my knee cap did a 180 ( I didn’t know this possible either!) fractured my humerus straight across right under my shoulder joint, dislocated my shoulder, fractured my shoulder joint in 3 places and separated my shoulder blade (all on my left side) I spent 1 month in the hospital – 2 separate surgeries and a solid year in physio therapy. I lost all my muscle and gained more weight than I’d like to admit. When I finally got the OK to start working out again I felt completely lost, I couldn’t do anything I used to be able to and realized I needed a trainer but a trainer who had experience with injuries. I was finally introduced to Bree through my boyfriend and I knew right away she was perfect as she listened to my story and designed a program to specifically fit my goals while strengthening my injuries. In a short 8 weeks I leaned out and am 10x stronger than I was when I started and am pain free. I wouldn’t have been able to do this without Bree’s knowledge, guidance and passion for fitness.
