Frozen Yogurt

INGREDIENTS

4 cups of strawberries (I used peaches frozen peaches)

2 tbsp. of raw honey

1/3 cup of greek yogurt

1 tsp. freshly squeezed lemon juice

Directions 

Wash the strawberries and remove stems, slice in half

Lay strawberries out evenly over sheet of parchment paper and place into the freezer overnight or least 4 to 5 hours.

Add frozen strawberries, honey, greek yogurt and lemon juice to a food processor or blender

Process until creamy, about 5 to 10 mintues

Taste and add honey as needed

Serve immediately or transfer to airtight container and freeze for 2 to 3 hours for harder consistency
