I’m currently in my 6th week of training with Bree and the changes I’ve experienced, physically and mentally, in just that short time are amazing. I’ve learned how to eat properly without depriving myself and that my body can do a lot more than my mind thinks it can. Her workouts are intense, but not impossible. The best part of about training with Bree, however, is that she understands that life happens and sometimes things don’t go as planned. But she’s made me realize that there is no reason to quit working on your goals. I can’t wait to see what she has in store for me in the next half of our program!
