Delicious Protein Banana Bread


1 cup of coconut or almond milk
1/2 cup banana or vanilla flavoured whey protein powder
2-3 ripe bananas
1/2 cup of liquid egg whites
3 tbsp coconut flour
1 tbsp vanilla extract
4-6 medjool dates
1/2 tsp baking powder


1. Blend all ingredients together
2. Pour batter into bread muffin mood
3. Bake at 335F for about 45-60 mins or until inserted knife comes out clean.
