Coconut Honey Chicken and Veggies

1lb chicken
2 tbs coconut oil
2 tbs honey
Head of cauliflower
Head of broccoli
1 red pepper or carrots
For this one I just cut the chicken into chunks and salt and pepper it.
Heat the coconut oil in a pan and then add the chicken cook through.

Cut up the veggies and steam them for desired tenderness.

Once cooked I drain the water and drizzle the honey over all the veggies.
Mix the chicken and veg and enjoy.
