With the holiday season around the corner, it’s no surprise that many people struggle to maintain a healthy lifestyle and exercise routine at this time of year. The stress of holiday preparations, indulging in large meals, and the want for sitting around a fire or heater all day unfortunately leads to a sedentary winter. Not to mention worrying about paying for another subscription service that you may or may not fully take advantage of, in addition to shopping for gifts. “This year will be different,” we say once more as our New Year’s resolution. But what if I can offer you an effective way to ensure it really is different this time around, both financially and productively?

It’s that complete transformation seen in my clients lives that gives my life purpose, and I’m thrilled to help you find your own hidden potential as soon as possible.

Committing to following one of my programs, whether it be my 30 day body transformation or my 12 week exercise plan for weight loss, will rewire your body and mind so that it’s not such a challenge to get back in shape before the Winter season draws to a close. Not only will it keep you looking better than ever but also feeling better as the warm Spring weather rolls in. It’s that commitment that I love to see in people, as it shows a willingness to learn and grow, both in physique and mindset.

However, I understand that online training over a video call is a unique and fairly new challenge for many of us. Most people don’t even consider it as an option, but I have found that it has really taken off recently. I’ve offered virtual training sessions since way before the pandemic, and in that time I’ve honed my skills for training using online alternatives. Trust the advice and direction offered by my experience to take your personal health and fitness to a new level from the comfort and convenience of your own home.

Three separate program sets are offered at this time, providing everything you need to get motivated to move your body without leaving your warm home. Each week, the program you choose will adjust to meet your goals, adapting with your progress and hitting different parts of your body in order to prevent your routine from plateauing. I have worked with Bree for nearly 7 years now and she has been so helpful in keep me balanced. When I found her I was burnt out on strict meal plans , tons of fasted cardio , 5 day a week workouts , way too little carbs and fats and way too much protein from previous trainers. I wanted flexibility , more balance , less workouts , less counting every vegetable but still wanted to stay lean , be able to challenge my metabolism and Increase food intake and flexible workouts. Absolutely amazing workouts!! I started the 30 day challenge and am now on my 7th month!!! Its so fabulous, the workouts are always changing and challenging me!! I love to work out and this is definitely my new favorite!! The workouts are around 30 minutes each yet you get double the workout you would get at the gym and you get to do it from home!! The recipes are delicious with tones of choices and they make enough for the whole family!! I would recommend the 30 day challenge to everyone!!! Its so great!! Thanks Bree!!!

It is crazy to believe that in two short weeks of working with Bree, I have gone from a person who did not have a dialed in routine with working out, eating consistently/mindfully, and with anxiety of working out around other people that was always holding me back & creating excuses. The workouts are effective, the food and body stat tracking keeps you accountable but more importantly Bree truly cares. This is the second time I've worked with Bree, the first was a few years ago when I was pregnant and through the post-partum period. It was a given that I'd hire her again when I got pregnant again nearly a year ago. She creates a totally individualized diet and exercise plan, makes adjustments as needed based on frequent evaluations, and is often available in real time by chat to discuss questions or issues that come up. For all this, the cost is surprisingly reasonable. I highly recommend!
