Cauliflower Mash
Whipped up some cauliflower mash.
Cut up and steam a stalk of cauliflower until very tender.
In a skillet sauté onion and garlic.
Combine 1 cup of unsweetened almond milk, cauliflower, garlic and onion in blender and blend into purée.
