Clean Cheat Peanut Butter Cups

Peanut Butter Cups

 

Ingredients: 

8 tbsp of Chocolate chips Krisada ( sugar free)

5 tbsp of Coconut oil 

5 tbsp of Adams Peanut butter

2 tbsp of coco powder 

 

Directions:

Start by melting the coconut oil in a small pot. Add chocolate chips until melted, add peanut butter until melted, stir in coco powder until mixture is without clumps. Pour into 12 mini muffin tins that have been lined with silicone trays ( or use coconut oil if preferred). Put in freezer for 2 hours or until frozen. Eat and enjoy! 

 

Total : Makes 12 servings, each serving has 

58 calories 

7g carb

12g fat

2g protein
