I have worked with Bree for nearly 7 years now and she has been so helpful in keep me balanced. Absolutely amazing workouts!! I started the 30 day challenge and am now on my 7th month!!! Its so fabulous, the workouts are always changing and challenging me!! I love to work out and this is definitely my new favorite!! The workouts are around 30 minutes each yet you get double the workout you would get at the gym and you get to do it from home!!
