30 Day Body Transformation Women
30 Day Body Transformation Women
I know that it’s not very likely that you will wake up on day 31 with the biceps of a bodybuilder or change from a couch surfer to a swimsuit model.
But I have worked with people of all shapes and sizes for years, and they will tell you that after 30 days of intense, committed exercise, you will notice and experience significant changes both physically and psychologically that are very likely to establish a new, lifelong habit.
This is crucial if you want to live better for a longer period of time. Furthermore, it’s been proven time and time again that once you start working, you’ll wonder why you pushed it off for so long.
How my 30 Day Exercise plan can Help Transform Your Body.
Consider this an opportunity to dig deep and fully immerse yourself rather than another annoying challenge. It is so important to be present in every exercise, feeling the mind and body connection. Your body will stop feeling that this journey is difficult if you can completely dedicate your thoughts to it. I’ll provide you with consultations and a community of like-minded individuals to keep you motivated.
Developing the right nutrition
There’s a saying, anything on the ingredient list that your grandma would not recognize is generally not good for you. Ignore the word “diet.” Add healthy alternatives like brown rice, swap sugary snacks for nuts or veggie sticks, and eat a lot of fresh vegetables, salad, and protein instead of worrying about eliminating items to help you lose weight. As part of your 30 day challenge I provide you with nutritional support including customized macro targets and a library with hundreds of recipes to choose from.
While you aren’t in the gym go out and have fun.
Keep up a positive interest or start a new one, such as reading, drawing, hiking, singing, or dancing. Learning something new pushes your cognitive and physical limits, which keeps you youthful and healthy. I provide you will a daily schedule of tasks to complete to get you started.
Keep in mind that a 30-day workout plan is just the beginning of a lifetime of practice. The lessons we gain on the mat or while using equipment like breathing, body awareness, acceptance, mindfulness, and a happy outlook can be transferred to daily life. But outside of the studio is when real practice starts. Simply said, the exercises and positions serve as a tool to speed up that learning.
Set an aim at the beginning of your 30-Day fitness challenge to serve as inspiration. Consider your motivations for doing this. Is your goal to increase flexibility? Weight loss? To generally improve your health? To reduce stress or build muscle? That is for you to decide. Therefore, check in with the aim again whenever you feel let down, dissatisfied, deflated, or uncertain throughout your journey.
Rest days are great and it is okay to go off path, but it’s crucial to realize this and take little steps to get back on track. Your outlook and body will alter as your practice progresses little by little. Without a doubt, this will result in a happy life!
Because exercise is addictive, consistency is essential. Your energy and attitude will increase as you work more. Over a period of a few weeks, if you exercise most days of the week, it will become habitual and you will feel the desire to move your body. The first few days could be a little difficult if you are not used to working out, but a workout routine is just that, a routine, and once you begin to experience and see the results of regular exercise, you will be motivated to continue.
Let’s Talk Transformation
Ashley Enderle
The winner of the 30 Day Challenge is Ashley Enderle. This was an extremely tough decision for me as all of the contestants worked very hard. When making my final choice I chose Ashley because she not only displayed commitment to change, but also had overcome many obstacles, stayed positive, and had drastic improvement in her body composition during the 30 Day Challenge. I want to thank all of the constants who entered, and I hope that all of you continue your journey on health beyond this time frame. I asked Ashley to write up about her experience over the course of the challenge and this is what she had to say:
I used to be a very fit active person. Then an odd disaster happened during my sons birth and I wound up with Postpartum Cardio Myopathy, basically at 20 years old I had heart failure. For the first year I was restricted on food, could barely walk, and needed therapy. After a year I was cleared to do light workouts, with restricted food intake. Later down the road I was cleared to eat whatever Id like and workout again as normal. Now it has been almost 4 years and I have no clue where to begin again to work out and eat healthy. I know for my health and to make sure I live a long life for my son I needed to get back in shape. I was all for it but had no clue where to begin anymore. Even though knowing that becoming healthy could save my life and allow me to go to the park with my son safely, even knowing that Id have the courage to dress up and walk out of the house to go on a date night with my husband, I couldn’t seem to figure out how to get back into that lifestyle. My heart rate was resting on medicine at 87 rpm, just talking and putting my son to bed raised it to 120. I was obese at 160lbs. I found Bree on Instagram and LOVED her work. I finally decided to build up my courage and work with her for the 30 Day Transformation Challenge. I had no idea what would happen, or if anything would change, I thought it was worth a try and when she sent me the program I thought hey this looks easy, I used to do these types of workouts everyday. I misjudged the program, because wow it kicked my butt the first week and switching my diet to healthier choices was hard. But after the first week I saw progress, noticeable progress, and I was in shock. It boosted my motivation and I finished strong with a new outlook after completing the 30 days. I never knew that I could change THAT much in such a short period of time. My family, friends, and husband were shocked seeing the before and after pictures. My eating habits completely changed and I fell back in love with drinking water and making healthier choices. Every time I looked in the mirror I just grinned and felt strong. My husband, who always had to remind me that I was beautiful would just laugh when he kept catching me spinning in circles admiring my new self in the mirror. We actually dressed up and went out for a date for Valentines day, in public. My weight dropped 5 lbs, I had more energy, my HR dropped down to 80 bpm, blood pressure improved, on top of my confidence sky rocketed. I would not recommend anyone else for a trainer but Bree. She was amazing and answered any questions I had as well as helping with my motivation. Who knew that online training could actually work? Does not matter your lifestyle, busy-ness, or health issues, if she can help me I know she can help you
