Protein Packed Meat Loaf

21oz (600g) Organic lean ground beef 
6oz sweet potato (cooked)
6oz egg whites
1 red pepper
2 cups of fresh spinach
1 tbsp turmeric
1 tbsp cumin
1 tbsp granulated garlic

Finely chop all vegetables and add all ingredients to a large bowl. Use your hand and mix everything together. Spray a loaf pan (or muffin tins for shorter bake time) and add mixture to the pan or tins. Bake at 350 for 25-30 minutes for a pan, 16-20 for muffin tins, liquid will have to be poured off every 10 minutes or so during the baking process. Makes 4 hearty servings.
