I decided to start training with Bree after following her on Facebook and seeing so many people’s awesome transformations. I have always worked out and ate healthy, but could never get the results I wanted, I was frustrated with putting in a lot of effort and not getting anything out of it.
My change started pretty much immediately once I started training with Bree. I started dropping pounds and inches, and the pictures clearly showed the transformation I was just starting out on.
One of the most exciting things was going shopping and buying clothes 2 sizes smaller, after only one month on her program!!
Starting the program I was worried how well I would do, since I work and go to school in evenings, I do not have much extra time. Bree said she would work with me to make the workouts an appropriate length so that I would easily be able to fit them in, she also set me up with some at-home as well as some gym workouts, since I told her I preferred working out at home (but didn’t want the fact that I didn’t have all the equipment, to hinder me).
Starting something like this can be scary at first, so of course I was nervous about the workouts as well as learning a new way of looking at nutrition. The first couple weeks were a learning curve as I learned to make my meal plans based on my macros, but after 2 weeks I really had the hang of what were my easy go-to snacks and how to plan meals, and now it is an absolute breeze!!
The workouts have always been challenging, but nothing I ever felt I couldn’t handle and I have enjoyed all of them! The fact that she is always changing them up keeps me motivated and I never get bored.
Bree is always there to answer any questions I have and she is so encouraging every step of the way!
Bree has taught me that balance is key, I still enjoy all the things I did before, but I have balance to my nutrition and exercise that keeps me moving towards my goals. What I have learned with Bree will stick with me for life.
My decision to train with Bree was definitely the best I have made for my health and fitness, and I can’t wait to see my transformation continue!
