Ambers 6 Month Transformation and Reverse Diet

This is my client Amber`s transformation since she started working with me 6 months ago. The two top photos are from the beginning to the end of her initial 12 week transformation. During this phase we implemented a carb cycle with high and low days ranging from 100g to 135g of carbs and 25-30g of fats. As she hit her fat loss goal, and the focus shifted to overall body composition, we slowly began the process of a reverse diet. If you look at the two bottom photos you can clearly see that she has added lean muscle mass, and I will note she does zero cardio. Now Amber's daily intake is between 220g to 250g of carbs and 50-65g of fats.
